| DISTINCTIONS AWARDED TO THE SK&S TAX DEPARTMENT |

We have the pleasure to inform you about the distinctions awarded to the SKS Tax Department and to attorney Jarosław Bieroński in IV edition of the tax advisory firms and tax advisors ranking by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
This year the SK&S Tax Department ranked second best in both categories of the ranking, i.e. the best and the most effective tax advisory firm out of firms employing up to two qualified tax advisors.
Attorney Jarosław Bieroński was twice selected in the individual ranking of the best tax advisors in 2009, achieving second place in the Mergers and Acquisitions category and third place in the International Tax Law category.
