Ms. M這dzianowska is a legal counselor. She has practiced for many years in international law firms, both in Warsaw and in London, which has allowed her to gain experience in financing transactions, mainly issues of bonds in domestic and foreign markets, hedging instruments, debt restructuring and securitization. She also deals with drafting issue prospectuses, pulbic share offers, and advises public companies. She is the author of a publication on municipal bonds - a pioneer work on the Polish market. She has been associated with SK&S as of counsel since 2004.
