The Litigation Department of SK&S, headed by Dariusz Skuza, provides advice on dispute resolution before the civil courts, courts of arbitration and the Supreme Administrative Court. We represent clients in all types of proceedings at all stages, from comprehensive case preparation and management, collecting evidence and filing statements of case, to settlement negotiations and participation in proceedings and finally the enforcement of judgments.
SK&S successfully represented the Polish Government in international arbitration disputes and managed numerous disputes regarding the protection of foreign investments. Many proceedings conducted by the Litigation Department concern the protection of intellectual and industrial property and unfair competition. We have also had significant success in administrative proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Since the SK&S’ inception, the number of cases conducted by the Litigation Department has significantly exceeded 3000.
