Education
Robert Gawałkiewicz graduated with a law degree from Poznań University Law School in 1990. During the course of his studies in Poznań, Mr. Gawałkiewicz also attended the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn in 1988 and 1989, from which he received a Master's degree in Comparative Law in 1993 under the supervision of Prof. Marcus Lutter, following an additional period of study in business, commercial and company law.
Achievements
He joined SK&S in early 1994 and became a partner in 2000. Mr. Robert Gawałkiewicz focuses his practice on advice in commercial, cvil, bankruptcy, and exchange law. Mr. Robert Gawałkiewicz has advised clients on a number of privatisation, real estate, and merger and acquisition transactions. At present he manages a team of lawyers engaged in German-speaking transactions; he also practices in English.
