Under the direction of Dr. Andrzej W. Kawecki, SK&S actively participates in transactions encompassing company admission to stock market trading, on-going services for public companies, the issue of shares and debt instruments on Polish and foreign markets, mergers and takeovers of public companies, services for investment funds, as well as advice on public trade regulations and other capital market regulations. We have extensive experience in asset securitisation projects. We have floated several companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and advised numerous public companies on issues concerning securities law. Furthermore, for many years SK&S has provided legal advice on capital markets and securities to several renowned international investment banks, such as: Morgan Stanley, Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Robert Fleming and IB Austria.
