Sławomir Paruch

Education

Slawomir Paruch, a 1999 graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University Law School in Poznan and 2001 graduate from Post-Graduate Studies in Employment Law at the Jagiellonian University Law School in Cracow.

Achievements

In 1998 he joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak Legal Advisors where he has worked for the Labor Law Department to date. Since May 2007 he heads the Employment Department of the Firm. During his 10 years of employment practice at the Firm he has developed employment-related practice both in the field of individual and industrial relations. His comprehensive experience covers the preparation of various types of employment-related agreements and contracts, internal labor law documents (various regulations, collective bargaining agreements), and also agreements between trade unions and employers. Mr. Paruch has particularly vast experience in the area of individual and group employee dismissals. He has prepared and negotiated a number of so-called ‘social packages’ concluded as part of privatization processes. He is also specialized in working time as well as in remuneration and benefits areas.

Frequently publishes in "Rzeczpospolita" and "Gazeta Prawna" dailies.
