Szymon Gogulski

Education

Szymon Gogulski received his Master's degree in law from Poznań University Law School in 1994. In 1993, he also completed a course of study in company law and international law at Sheffield University.

Achievements

Szymon Gogulski was admitted to the Poznań bar in 1998. He has worked with SK&S since July 1994, and became partner in 2002. He specializes in company law (mergers, divisions, transformations, restructuring of business and shareholdings), civil law, intellectual property law, and unfair competition law. He is an acting arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of IT and Telecommunications, appointed to resolve disputes arising from registration of internet domain names.
