Education
Tomasz Kański graduated with a law degree from Poznań University Law Schol in 1994. In 1994-1995, as a Stefan Batory Foundation scholar, he pursued studies on international business law at the Central European University in Budapest and the University of California in Berkeley. In 1995 he received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Central European University in Budapest
Achievements
In 1995 Tomasz Kański joined SK&S. In 1998 he was admitted to the bar and became partner at the SK&S in 2002. Mr. Kański specializes in international business transactions, financing transactions, company mergers & acquisition transactions, including privatization projects.
