We advise on key EU legislation governing the chemical sector, including the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals), the CLP Regulation (Classification, Labeling, and Packaging of Substances), the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), Regulation 648/2004 on detergents, and the PIC Regulation. Under national law, we assist clients in complying with the Act on Chemical Substances and Their Mixtures, the Environmental Protection Law, and the Waste Act.
