We provide advice on projects exclusively for the defense and security sectors (including cybersecurity), as well as on the trade and manufacture of dual-use products.

When it comes to new investments, we help with planning and implementing the process of launching a production facility—from selecting a business model and coordinating with partners, to securing technology, and finalizing construction and supply contracts.

We have experience in establishing and managing joint ventures in the defense sector, on behalf of both Polish and foreign investors (including manufacturing projects).

We also represent clients in proceedings concerning supplies and services for the military—both under public procurement procedures and in procedures exempt from the Public Procurement Law. We provide support in areas such as reviewing documentation and contracts, preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and resolving disputes during the performance phase.

Within the area of cybersecurity, we advise on the assessment of obligations and risks, including those arising from regulations implementing NIS2. We prepare and update documentation and procedures, and provide support in incident management and stakeholder communication.

In addition, we assist clients in implementing and improving compliance systems, including anti-corruption procedures (e.g., policies, training, due diligence, and reporting channels). We also provide advice on sanctions and trade restrictions (counterparty screening, contractual clauses, and assessment of transaction and supply chain risks).
