The topics which will be covered are “Working with Witnesses: Challenges and New Trends” and “Practising Arbitration in the CEE: bright future or dim prospects?” The speakers will discuss the challenges of working with witnesses, and the pros and cons of pursuing a career in arbitration in the CEE, such as “to LLM or not to LLM?”
