Tense Group is the leader in rendering Internet marketing services and SEO. Tense Group, three times ranked by Deloitte amongst 50 fast growing technology companies (Technology Fast 50 Central Europe), have won lots of prizes, awards, and recommendations, by carrying out successful marketing campaigns for firms operating in a few dozen countries all over the world.

On 18 December 2019 a process of the take-over of Tense Group by Bauer Media Group was completed. On the part of the Seller – Tense Group, the legal advice was provided by attorneys at law of Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak: Zbyszko Wizner (senior partner) and Jeremi Woźniak (attorney). SK&S team also consisted of: Mateusz Blocher (attorney), Agnieszka Fedor (partner, Head of Labor Law Practice), Paulina Markowska (attorney, tax advisor) and Witold Kurek (senior counsel).

The Buyer was represented by lawyers of Noerr.

It has been undoubtedly one of the biggest media takeovers in the recent year, and it is the continuation of the process of consolidation of media and marketing services that has been taking place on the Polish market.
