On 29 January 2019 JB Investments and Chief Command of the Border Guard signed a contract for the delivery of two new aircraft worth approximately PLN 110 million.
The Aircraft will have the most modern patrol-reconnaissance equipment in Poland and one of the most modern in Europe. The contract was concluded as a result of a tender procedure, in which appeals to the National Chamber of Appeals were submitted four times. However, the Chamber did not accept any of the challenges raised against the offer submitted by JB Investments.
Agata Szeliga, partner in charge of the public procurement practice, was supervising the case, and Adrian Ciesielski was representing the Client in the proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeals.
