Jacek Siński on the Corporate Arbitration Team at the Court of Arbitration, Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw

The Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw has set up a Corporate Arbitration Team. Jacek Siński, Partner at SK&S, is member of the team.
The team will hold it sessions in the form of a round table the main purpose of which will be to develop corporate arbitration in Poland. The round table meetings will be attended by specialists in arbitration theory and practice – representatives of the academic and of the business world and by judges. The round table will, among others, focus on the assessment of the draft regulations published by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw which will serve the purpose of resolving disputes relating to the challenging of resolutions adopted by capital companies.
Jacek Siński has been working for SK&S since 1997. He specializes in court proceedings and corporate disputes, as well as in extremely complex procedural issues related to the enforcement and recognition in Poland of foreign judgments.
