The SK&S law firm advised  IKEA Industry Poland on the sale of an organized part of the enterprise

The SK&S transactions team provided advice to IKEA Industry Poland Sp. z o.o. (a company in the IKEA Group) on the transaction of sale of an organized part of the enterprise to a Polish manufacturer of fuel wood. The transaction was closed on 1 March 2021.

Our lawyers’ advice covered support in the vendor due diligence process, negotiations and preparation of documents for the transaction.
