SK&S advised Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC on the acquisition of the Solenis group

SK&S’ Transaction Team advised Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC, a global investment company, on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of the Solenis group - a world leader in the production of specialty chemicals focused on providing sustainable solutions to water-using industries. The Solenis group operates in 120 countries.

During the transaction, SK&S co-operated with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP which coordinated the acquisition process. The transaction will be closed upon obtaining, i.a. the necessary anti-monopoly consents.

SK&S’ services included performing a due diligence and providing support in drafting the transaction documents.
