SK&S advised owners of El-Cab sp. z o.o on sale of a controlling stake to American corporation  Amphenol

The Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law office provided advice to owners of El-Cab sp. z o.o on the sale of a controlling stake to an American corporation Amphenol.

Since 1996 El-Cab has been manufacturing and distributing commercial vehicles equipment, such as wiring harnesses, electric control boards and other components for the motor vehicle, marine and railway industries.

The purchaser - Amphenol Technologies Holding GmbH – is member of an international Amphenol Group which operates in the field of design, production and sale of electrical, electronic and fiber-optic connectors, interconnected systems, antennas, sensors and specialized cables.

In cooperation with the Frankfurt office of the American law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, SK&S advised to majority shareholders of El-Cab on all the aspects of the transaction, tax matters, negotiations of the transaction documents and conduct of a due diligence at the company.
