SK&S' lawyers advised the owners of Nesperta on the sale of a majority shareholding  in Nesperta to the Resource Partners fund

Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak advised the owners of Nesperta on a sale transaction of a majority shareholding in the company Nesperta to the Resource Partners fund.

Nesperta owns the Semilac and hi hybrid brands. It is a leader on the Polish market of hybrid varnish. Products sold under the brands included in its portfolio are available not only in Poland, but in over 30 countries. The transaction will serve to facilitate the company’s international expansion, strengthen its domestic position, and also enlarge its product portfolio.

SK&S advised on all aspects of the transaction, tax matters, negotiations of the transaction documentation, and conduct of the company’s due diligence check.

The services related to the transaction were supervised by Andrzej Motyka, Partner, who led the team composed of: Karol Skibniewski (Senior Associate), Leszek Biały (Senior Associate), Anna Bartosiewicz (Associate), Beata Błaż (Associate), and Jeremi Woźniak (Associate).
