Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak lawyers, together with the German law firm SNP Schlawien Partnerschaft mbB, advised in a transaction for a management buy-out of 100% of the shares in WIKO Klebetechnik sp. z o.o. – a company from the GlueTec group – which deals, amongst others, with the production of specialist adhesives.
The firm WIKO Klebetechnik Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Częstochowa is part of an international group, originating from Germany, which deals in the production and distribution of industrial chemistry. The firm has existed on the Polish market since 2005 and specializes in the sale of high quality construction adhesives for production sectors. Its offer also includes universal means for production line maintenance or for private use.
The SK&S advice included preparing the transaction documentation, as well as assistance in the transaction closing.
