On September 12, 2019, SK&S hosted the reception to celebrate the opening of the Consulate General of the Republic of Singapore in Poland. The Singapore Ambassador (Non-Resident) in Poland, Dr. Loo Choon Yong and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Singapore, Dr. Andrzej W. Kawecki, invited the representatives of the Governments of Singapore and Poland, the Offices of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Sejm and the Senate, Members of the Diplomatic Corps and business and culture representatives from both Poland and Singapore. The official launch of the Singapore Consulate at Jasna 26 Street in Warsaw will take place on September 30, 2019.
