SK&S advised Søstrene Grene on the opening of its first store in Poland, located at the Westfield Arkadia shopping center in Warsaw. Søstrene Grene is a Danish retail chain offering home accessories, décor, and lifestyle products.

This transaction marks the client’s first step toward expanding into the Central and Eastern European market.

The scope of SK&S’s work included comprehensive legal advice related to the client’s entry into the Polish market and the launch of its first location, negotiations of the lease agreement and ongoing support throughout the store opening process.
