SK&S advised EURENCO on strategic agreements with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa
Jesteśmy kancelarią, którą tworzą ludzie o ogromnej pasji, wiedzy i doświadczeniu. Nasz zespół stale się powiększa.
We are pleased to share that SK&S acted as legal advisor to EURENCO in connection with the negotiation and signing of two key documents that lay the groundwork for the future creation of a joint venture with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) and its subsidiary MESKO.
- The Term Sheet defines the principal terms for establishing a joint venture that will produce 155 mm artillery propellants and Bi Modular Charge Systems (BMCS) in Poland.
- The Letter of Intent (LoI) sets out the framework for an extended cooperation regarding energetic raw materials used in the production of propellants, explosives, and Bi Modular Charge Systems (BMCS).
These initiatives aim to strengthen both Polish and European strategic sovereignty, particularly in the field of defence production and supply security. By securing access to critical energetic raw materials and localising the manufacturing of key components such as propellants and BMCS, the cooperation contributes to building a more resilient and autonomous European defence industry. These agreements lay the foundation for the planned construction of a new production facility in Pionki, which will strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities and security of supply.
The SK&S team advising on this transaction includes Sławomir Uss (Partner), Dr. Piotr Plesiński (Senior Counsel) and Wiktor Markiewicz (Associate).
We congratulate EURENCO, PGZ, MESKO, and all involved teams on reaching this important milestone in European defence cooperation.
