Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (SK&S) supported Helvar Oy Ab – a global leader in intelligent lighting systems – in the acquisition of lighting control systems business in Poland from its long-standing partner, HC Center sp. z o.o. sp.j. (HC Center).
As a result of the transaction, Helvar established a new entity – Helvar Polska – which will be responsible for the development and support of the full range of Helvar solutions in the Polish market. The company specializes in designing innovative, energy-efficient lighting control systems and luminaire components based on DALI, DALI-2, and wireless technologies.
