SK&S advised mBank S.A. on financing the acquisition of shares in Dadelo S.A.

Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (SK&S) advised mBank S.A. on granting financing to Tyre Invest sp. z o.o. for the purchase of shares in Dadelo S.A., a dynamically growing company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, specializing in the sale of bicycles, accessories, and sportswear.

Dadelo S.A. is one of the leaders in the e-commerce market in the bicycle segment in Poland. The company has been recording systematic growth in the scale of its operations and brand recognition. Since the beginning of 2025, the company's share price on the WSE has increased by over 50%, and its business profile remains unique on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The scope of work of the SK&S team included comprehensive transaction support, including the preparation of documentation and legal advice at every stage of the process.
