SK&S advised on financing the Bachleda Termy Kasprowy project

SK&S advised on the largest financing transaction in the leisure sector in the region – PLN 523 million for the implementation of the Bachleda Termy Kasprowy project, granted by a consortium of banks.

The support included comprehensive legal advice to the Bachleda Group on the structuring and finalization of financing for this unique investment in Zakopane.

On the SK&S side, the project was carried out by Tomasz Ostrowski (partner), Joanna Mróz (senior associate) and Jakub Chmiel (associate).
