Our lawyers advised British-based Smart Pension Ltd on the acquisition of an IT team that included over thirty engineers, IT specialists, and developers, previously engaged by Smart’s contractor, Code & Pepper Sp. o.o.
Smart is a global savings and investments technology platform provider. In turn, Code & Pepper is an IT company that delivers tailor-made IT solutions for the Fin-Tech sector.
Our lawyers provided comprehensive legal support in: structuring the transaction, negotiations, and drafting transactional and employment documents, as well as in assisting in the team’s transfer to a Smart subsidiary.
