SK&S advised Vallen Distribution in the acquisition of a Polish part of Wesco Integrated Supply

Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm advised Vallen Distribution Inc., a portfolio company of Nautic Partners, LLC, in the acquisition of a Polish part of Wesco Integrated Supply (WIS) business, including sale of shares in a Polish subsidiary – Wesco Integrated Supply Polska sp. z o.o. The transaction was coordinated globally by McDermott Will & Emery LLP while SK&S was responsible for the Polish aspects of the transaction.

Vallen is an industry leader in delivering flexible supply chain solutions and services along with a comprehensive range of maintenance, repair, operating, production, safety, and electrical products to meet the growing supply needs of customers in facilities across North America and Europe.

SK&S’ team was headed by partner Łukasz Berak and included Piotr Plesiński (Senior Counsel) and Wiktor Markiewicz (Associate) responsible for the due diligence and M&A aspects of the transaction, as well as by partner Krzysztof Kanton and Szymon Murek (Senior Associate) taking care of antitrust clearance in Poland.
