SK&S Advising on the Conclusion of a Contract for the Supply of SAPF Containers for Polish F-35s

We advised Contour Advanced Systems BV on concluding an agreement with the Polish Armament Agency, representing the State Treasury, regarding the supply of two sets of SAPF (Special Access Program Facility) containers for the operational needs of F-35 aircraft. The agreement was signed on September 4, 2025 during the XXXIII International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce and covers the delivery of containers by the end of 2028.

The SAPF sets will enable the organization of classified information processing zones of the F-35 program with a SECRET/SAR clause and will provide facilities for mission planning and pilot debriefing teams, also in field conditions, in particular using road airport sections (DOL).

Our law firm team provided comprehensive legal support to Contour Advanced Systems BV, including negotiating contractual documentation. On the SK&S side, Agata Szeliga, partner, the head of the public procurement law department, advised the Client. On the Client's side, the key representatives responsible for the project were Nick Roemaat and Willem Tijsterman.
