As the 19th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition begins, Warsaw once again becomes a global center of classical music and culture.
We are proud to be a partner of the photo exhibition by Wojciech Grzędziński – the official photographer of the Competition and a World Press Photo award winner. The exhibition presents exceptional images from previous editions of the Competition and is an integral part of the “Koszyki Plays Chopin” project. From October 1 to 22, visitors will be able to view Wojciech Grzędziński’s photography at Hala Koszyki in Warsaw.
Over the next three weeks, the specially designed Chopin Competition Fan Zone at Hala Koszyki will offer live screenings of Competition performances, classical and jazz concerts, the photo exhibition by Wojciech Grzędziński, accompanying events including lectures, theater performances, and a community celebration of the final results.
