SK&S at the Poland-Korea Business Forum 2026 in Seoul

SK&S took part in the Poland-Korea Business Forum in Seoul, organized by The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH).

The event brought together over 150 representatives of business and public institutions and marked a concrete step in advancing the recently announced strategic partnership between Poland and the Republic of Korea.

Our firm was represented by: Agata Szeliga and Radosław Waszkiewicz.

Agata Szeliga, Partner in our New Technologies, Public Procurement and State Aid departments, led a session on “How to Participate in Public Procurement in Poland,” focusing on practical entry points and regulatory considerations for international companies.

The conversations in Seoul clearly showed continued momentum in areas such as energy, advanced industry and technology, alongside growing Polish-Korean investment ties.
