Last Thursday (25.10.2018) SK&S attorneys Dr Wojciech Iwański and Counselor Mateusz Blocher, together with Mr. Maciej Kostro, Secretary of the Electronic Banking Council at the Association of Polish Banks [Związek Banków Polskich (ZBP)], represented ZBP during a hearing before the European Banking Authority (EBA) regarding local standardizing initiatives for Application Programming Interface (API) and problems linked to implementation of PSD2.
This was an element of broader cooperation between ZBP and SK&S which acts as advisor to the Banking Law Council of ZBP, amongst others, in connection with regulatory aspects of implementation of PSD2.
