Over the years, Katarzyna Randzio–Sajkowska has co-headed Poland's largest commercial criminal law team in large law firms, supporting clients in matters of strategic importance to business – from court proceedings, through investigative proceedings, to advising on criminal aspects of regulatory law. Her expertise and vision for the development of law make her a leader in the industry, as well as a mentor and promoter of women in the profession.
As chairwoman of the Polish branch of the WWCDA (Women's White Collar Defense Association) and an active member of AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers and the International Bar Association (IBA), she creates a space for the exchange of expertise and development of women in business criminal law.
