• obtaining real property rights and necessary permits (environmental decisions, decisions on location and zoning conditions, building permits, permits for the use of environmental resources, and occupancy permits, as well as securing connection terms for transmission and distribution networks and entering into connection agreements, transmission and distribution service agreements, and comprehensive agreements;
