Adam Grzelak

He is an expert in bankruptcy and restructuring cases. He represents clients in complex domestic and cross-border bankruptcies, and restructuring proceedings. He advises and prepares restructuring strategies and related documentation. He has broad experience in litigation before the common courts and Supreme Court in cases regarding the construction of roads and highways in Poland and in many other commercial disputes.

Adam is admitted to the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors and is a member of INSOL Europe, a European organization of bankruptcy and restructuring experts.
