Has experience advising electricity producers, distribution system operators, and electricity trading companies. Represents clients before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in proceedings for the granting of licenses and in other regulatory matters. Participates in negotiations for various types of agreements, ranging from the sale of electricity and gas, through general distribution agreements and agreements to acquire legal title to real estate for renewable energy installations, to agreements related to acting as a distribution system operator. Has experience in conducting due diligence.

His areas of expertise also include capacity market issues, energy efficiency, battery energy storage systems, industrial customers, as well as administrative law and environmental law.
