She leads two teams: Data and New Technologies (AI, data law, cloud computing) and Public Aid and Public Procurement, providing clients with end-to-end advice: from regulatory analysis, through contracting and negotiations, to support in proceedings and ongoing compliance.
For many years, she has been advising on cloud computing projects, in particular for the financial sector (outsourcing, IT contracts, regulatory risk, information security). She also supports AI implementations and projects in the field of data law (personal data and data generated by devices), including the preparation of AI governance principles, compliance and risk assessment (sectoral and consumer regulations), and the design of documentation and processes.
She co-created the first Polish recommendations on the use of AI by lawyers published by the National Chamber of Legal Advisors ("AI in the Work of Legal Advisors"). She advised on one of the first implementations of AI solutions in the financial sector, including the evaluation of AI tools in the light of Polish financial sector and consumer regulations.
She advises at all stages of public procurement and at the stage of contract implementation, often combining competences related to new technologies. In particular, she advised on the takeover of a draft contract for the modernization of the power plant by one of the subcontractors in connection with the withdrawal of the contracting authority in the free-hand procedure, or on the project of supplying energy storage for PGE. She also advised on the exclusion of the application of the provisions on public procurement and related procedures, including in the defense sector.
She took part in the negotiations and approval of the largest public aid packages for investors in Poland. She regularly advises on projects within the Polish Investment Zone.
