Agnieszka Fedor

Has unique experience in representing employers in negotiations with trade unions and in collective disputes. Advises employers across various industries and sectors of the economy on complex restructuring projects, including matters relating to the transfer of a workplace, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and social packages, as well as workforce restructuring and collective redundancies.

Is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and one of the founders and a member of the Labor Law Association (SPP). Recognized as one of the Top 25 Women Business Lawyers by Forbes Women. Lectures at the Warsaw School of Economics, Kozminski University, and the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. Is a member of the Program Council of the Women’s Leadership Academy and lectures in MBA and EMBA programs. Serves as President of the LiderShe Association (a business women’s association) and is a member of the Program Council of the Share the Care Foundation.
