Provides comprehensive legal advice to both domestic and international clients in proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (WIPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (EUIPO), and the Polish Patent Office (UP RP). Possesses extensive experience in the strategic management of clients’ trademark portfolios. Participates in the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements regarding the acquisition, licensing, and transfer of intellectual property rights. Advises on arbitration proceedings related to domain name disputes as well as issues pertaining to competition and consumer protection law. Is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
