Has experience in handling disputes concerning brand protection, in particular, trademark and design matters, as well as cases relating to copyright and unfair competition. Represents clients in proceedings before common and administrative courts, the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as in amicable dispute resolution. Participates in due diligence processes and transactions from an IP/IT perspective. Advises on the enforcement of intellectual property rights and combating counterfeit goods, including cooperation with relevant authorities and criminal proceedings.
