Advises Polish and international clients on intellectual property disputes, in particular, relating to trademarks, designs, copyright and unfair competition, including in the FMCG, automotive, technology, and gaming sectors Represents clients in proceedings before common and administrative courts, as well as before the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO, and WIPO Manages trademark portfolios, including conducting clearance searches and filing trademark applications Participates in amicable dispute resolution, including the preparation and negotiation of settlement agreements Advises on the enforcement of intellectual property rights and combating counterfeit goods, including criminal proceedings and cooperation with relevant authorities Drafts and negotiates intellectual property assignment and licensing agreements, in particular, relating to trademarks and copyrights Takes part in due diligence processes and transactions from an IP/IT perspective
