Anna Tujakowska

Specializes in arbitration and dispute resolution. Advises and represents clients in arbitration proceedings, including post-M&A disputes, conducted under the SA KIG, ICC, VIAC, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with seats of arbitration in Warsaw, Vienna, and Paris. Also has experience in investment arbitration under intra-EU BITs, representing both private investors and state parties.

Sits as an arbitrator in proceedings conducted under the ICC, SA KIG, and Lewiatan Court of Arbitration Rules, with seats of arbitration in Warsaw and Paris. Listed on the SA KIG roster of recommended arbitrators, a member of the ICC Polish National Committee, and is an alumna of the ICC Arbitration Academy (2023/2024 edition). Actively engaged in promoting arbitration and fostering integration within the arbitration community, including through the organization of "Women in Arbitration" meetings.

As Head of Legaltech & Innovation, Anna leads the firm's AI transformation. Combines her legal expertise with innovation, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance dispute resolution processes, and explores how technology is reshaping legal practice. Provides advisory services on AI governance and implementation in enterprises.
