Supports clients in designing and implementing anti-piracy programs, collaborating with law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, and e-commerce platforms.

Combines legal expertise with a practical business approach, supporting clients in effectively leveraging industrial property rights as a tool for building a competitive advantage and expanding into international markets.

A member of the international organizations MARQUES and INTA, as well as a member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee at INTA. Conducts lectures and training sessions on IP in the broadest sense, trademark protection strategies, and infringements of exclusive rights.
