Specializes in public procurement law, with a particular focus on appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO).

Has experience in representing clients at all stages of public procurement procedures, i.e., at the tender stage, in appeal proceedings before the Chamber, and in complaint proceedings before the Public Procurement Court in Warsaw. Gained experience by advising economic operators and contracting authorities both in local proceedings and in the largest public tenders carried out in Poland.
