Specializes in civil law and corporate law. Has experience in advising on domestic and cross-border M&As, as well as restructuring processes, including company transformations, mergers and demergers. Participates in corporate law projects and ongoing corporate advisory services for Polish and international clients, including in relation to the establishment and operation of businesses in Poland. Supports in due diligence processes, in particular, by reviewing corporate documentation and contracts, and prepares registration documents and handles corporate changes in companies.
