Dr. hab. Andrzej Szlęzak

Awarded the academic degree of Doctor Habilitatus. An expert on civil and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on domestic and international arbitration. Provides advice on privatization transactions and on restructuring in many sectors of industry and banking, as well as on significant merger and acquisition projects, including greenfield investment projects.

An arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and in arbitration disputes before the ICC in Paris. Combines legal practice with teaching. Appointed Professor of the Adam Mickiewicz University in 1994, he was affiliated with its Law Faculty until 1996. At present, he holds the position of Professor of the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. Shares his knowledge and expertise in civil and commercial law in numerous publications, including foreign-language ones.
