Advises on issues of civil law and international law. Represents clients in investment arbitration under the treaties on reciprocal promotion and protection of investments, in international commercial arbitration under UNCITRAL, ICC, and KIG rules, and in litigation. Acted as an attorney before the CJEU. Also handles restitution of property, the protection of foreign investments, citizenship, access to information matters, and the impact of EU law on Polish law.
