In a career spanning more than 30 years, has advised on operational and financial restructurings of companies, and sale transactions of non-performing assets. Assisted in both out-of-court restructurings and litigation. Represented various stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, administrators, shareholders, financiers. and private equity funds.
In 2002-2003, was one of the main advisors to the Ministry of Justice and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development during the implementation of the bankruptcy and reorganization law in Poland. Later, was the World Bank's country partner on bankruptcy and reorganization law, including when formulating advice to the Polish government on the introduction of restructuring law into the legal system. Gained previous practical experience at leading international law firms.
