Advises at all stages of the investment process, i.e., real estate acquisition, permitting, and contracting (EPC, technology supply, and O&M). Also advises on environmental and waste management matters. Represents clients in disputes in this area before administrative authorities and administrative courts.
Lectures at universities in Poland (SWPS and Lazarski University) and Germany (Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg) concerning energy and environment protection issues. Authored publications on administrative law, such as a monographic study on proceedings before administrative courts, and the leading commentary on the Code of Administrative Procedure (co-authorship). Co-authored and was editor-in-chief of the latest commentary on the Waste Act (2025, C.H. Beck).
