Specializes in acquisitions and financial transactions, including loan and debt conversion transactions. Handled many significant privatizations of state-owned entities and acquisitions of private companies. Provided advice to international financial institutions and banks.

Has also participated in international arbitration proceedings concerned with the protection of foreign investments as an attorney of the defendant states.

Currently, he gives courses at the School of Postgraduate Studies in European Law, and at the School of Postgraduate Studies in International Law and Foreign Service at Warsaw University. A member of the Polish Chapter of the International Law Association and the Polish Association of European Law (PSPE).
