Specializes in advising energy companies and energy-intensive consumers on their current activities in areas regulated by energy law. Represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and before courts, including in matters regarding concessions, tariffs, exemptions from the TPA rule and fines. Draws up contracts concluded on the energy market, including participation in negotiations of key purchase contracts (electricity and gas, EFET, PPA) and advise on issues related to the implementation of infrastructural projects. Has experience in conducting a number of legal due diligence studies of renewable energy projects and critical infrastructure.
