Filip Iwański

Specializes in administrative law and administrative court proceedings, as well as regulatory issues related to infrastructure projects and the energy sector.

Gained experience working at a law firm, academic institutions, and judicial bodies. Serves as a research assistant at the Department of Administrative and Administrative Court Proceedings at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and previously worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Polish Criminal Law at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).

His academic work focuses on comparative law, particularly Polish and German law. Participates in research grants funded by the National Science Center, and has co-authored a scholarly publication concerning the implementation of the German institution of leapfrog appeal (Sprungrevision) into the Polish legal system.
